WHAT IS A TMMM BOOTCAMP SESSION LIKE?
Sessions are conducted in ALL WEATHER!
Expect lots of energy and movement! There are two circuits, repeated. Each circuit needs to be completed by the time the 7 minutes is up. You’ll be coached through it all. It’s a high-intensity program. Designed where all abilities can participate. You go at your own pace. All equipment is provided.
Through the App:
The program is designed in the same format at the outdoor class. You can use this program at the gym, home, lunch break. It’s to fit into your routine when it suits you. You’ll also be given a stretch routine that you can choose to do daily or post-workout.
